Welcome to the official website of the St. George Orthodox Valiya Pally Anchal, Kollam, Kerala. Anchal Valiyapally is one of the prominent churches in south Kerala. It gets its fame from the spiritual presence of St.George and Anchal Achan. Recognizing the importance of this spiritual place, Dr. Gabriel Mar Gregorios Metropolitan declared the parish as  Valiyapally on 18-October-2009 and H.H The Catholicos of East Marthoma Baselios Didymus I declared the parish as a Georgian Pilgrim Centre on 29-April-2010.The holy Episcopal Synod decided to give a glorified name to Anchal achan and H. H Marthoma Paulose II Catholicose of the East proclaimed Anchal achan as “Yathivaryan of Malankara” (മലങ്കരയുടെ യതിവര്യൻ)  on 07-October 2016
